Current & upcoming

Scheduled items

If a notice affects access, parking, water or power, Letters will also write to affected apartments directly. Teal means upcoming, amber means it affects access or services, grey means done.

Nothing on the board at present. Scheduled works, compliance inspections and board business will appear here as they are arranged. If you have been told about works that are not listed, tell the board.

Not seeing something you were told about?

If a contractor has been on site or you have had a letter about works that are not listed here, tell the board at directors@wqmc.org so it can be added. The board would rather hear it twice than not at all.
